Enjoy a tender Colorado lamb shank from Lombardi Brothers, slow-braised in OCC’s Union Maid Märzen. Served with a side of Microvora black pearl oyster mushroom risotto, grilled broccolini, and gremolata for the perfect balance of richness and freshness.
